Baruch Adler - Senior Advocate
Baruch Adler is the founder of the firm, holds a law degree (LLB) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1976.
Adv. Adler was a partner at the Ehud Olmert & Co. firm from 1976 to 1988. He then served as a senior partner at the Adler-Messer-Rivlin law firm.
In 2002, Adv. Baruch Adler moved his office to the city of Ramat Gan (while maintaining an extension in Jerusalem) and integrated into this office young and fresh forces who have accompanied him for many years and who all together specialize in all aspects of real estate, planning and construction.
Adv. Adler is one of the senior group of attorneys who deal with real estate and planning and construction and has conceived, promoted and accompanied some of the largest and most renowned real estate projects in the central region. Adv
. Adler provides ongoing legal advice and support to real estate companies and developers and promotes transactions and projects in the field for them.
Adv. Baruch Adler is one of the founders of the “March of Life” enterprise and serves as a director of the organization and its legal advisor. He has also served as a director in a number of public and government companies.

Attorney Ricky Shahar
Senior partner at the firm, Adv. Riki Shachar (Krogliak) specializes in leading and managing complex real estate transactions. Adv. Shachar has expertise, experience, and knowledge in providing support and advice for large-scale projects that combine dozens or even hundreds of housing units. Among other things, Adv. Shachar has gained significant experience in providing support for real estate projects related to the settlement of agricultural land for construction, in various real estate transaction projects from various fields, as well as in urban renewal projects (TAMA 38 and Pinuy Binui) . Adv. Shachar provides real estate advice and support to both owners, including groups of various types, and to developers of various sizes, including representation of leading companies in the real estate sector . Adv. Shachar accompanies the firm's clients from the acquisition and planning stage, including planning the transaction structure, through the development stage, and ending with the construction and registration stage. She advises clients in financing procedures and in connection with real estate taxation issues, and also represents them before various authorities . Over the course of many years of work in these fields, Adv. Shahar has gained extensive experience and a deep understanding of all areas of real estate, both in the legal aspect and in the various business and human aspects involved, which enable her to provide the firm's clients with advice and support at the highest and most qualitative level . Adv. Shahar holds a graduate degree from the Hebrew University (LL.B.) in 1998 and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1999. Adv. Shahar did her internship at the Yigal Arnon Law Firm in Jerusalem, and since joining the Law Firm she has been working with Adv. Baruch Adler and has been accompanying the firm's extensive and long-standing activity in real estate projects .
